We had a very good stay at the hotel for 5 nights. the hotel was nice with friendly staff. - the excellent location near "Marinha" park was convenient. - the venue was close to the sunset, Guaiba river, and the recently renovated riverwalk and parks along the river. - Praia de Belas district was worth exploring. - We greatly enjoyed our large room with a sunset view.

I had a truly memorable experience at Intercity. The breathtaking sunset view from my room was worth every penny. We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to a shopping center and parks along the beautiful river side. We loved being able to explore the mall nearby and enjoy the stunning sunset views from the rooftop pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us with any requests.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

the location was great too, close to a shopping center but still peaceful. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great shower.
The towels and bed clothing in the room could use an update.

The breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of options. The comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. the hotel was conveniently located near several shops and restaurants which made it easy to find things to do.
I didn't feel very safe in the area around the hotel, especially at night. the service wasn't great - I had a few issues with my room, but when I asked the staff for help, they weren't very knowledgeable or attentive.

I loved the hotel facilities, which included a rooftop pool with an amazing view of the sunset over the river. The location was also very convenient since it was close to a mall and the beautiful parks by the river. Additionally, the breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff, especially the barista, were very friendly and attentive to my needs.
